at the very end, we had to sign docs twice as they claimed the first set was damaged in transit. when I resigned, I was told not to enter bank info for wire of funds as they had the check from the first set, but because I did not include another check or fill it out, they mailed me a check. My bank then put a 7 business day hold on all funds and I had a garage company coming out 2 days later, and I needed most of those funds for them.
