I have gone through a refi before. This time, it was simple. The ease of scanning our documents with my phone was amazing. Danielle was extremely accommodating and helpful. I was concerned that our notary would be someone whom I’d know, and she made sure that we would have someone who didn’t know us. She was very quick to respond to any text or email and didn’t leave you hanging for days for an answer. She is definitely a rock star in my book!!

Danilelle was exceptional and always upbeat in our many communications over the processing of the loan. She kept me updated on progress, given my unique circumstances. In was not a straight line, tho we reached the finish line about a week beyond the target.
