I think there should be an option b/w "just okay" and "great." I do believe service was better than "just okay" and I cannot say "great" due to feeling lost at times during the final steps of the home buying process.

Due to COVID communication was at time hard because there were so many refi but getting docs to the company and using the portal was very easy. Emails were returned quickly and concerns were answered. I was very happy with the rates, fees, and terms I received and would suggest to others.
