I tried calling Danielle a couple times but did not receive a call back right away. I guess there was a mix up on her office line? Not sure how that goes but it correct and incorrect numbers should be identified prior to getting into escrow

Title did not know how to conduct a proper title search causing unnecessary delays and time on our part to conduct research on our own. Some staff seemed unfamiliar with the process and requirements for title.

I contacted the company in regard to the down payment assistance program and was told I could use it m, after things got goOmg I was told I didn’t qualify. If your company is going to promote this program to get customers the agents should know what a customer needs to qualify and lead them on. Also communication was good in response to my inquiries. It it lacked in other areas and could have been much smoother had staff asked questions

Waited until a week out to tell us we needed to get documents from the IRS that could have taken up to a month to receive but she handled the situation.
