Danielle was great. My wife and I, however, experienced a great amount of stress when deadlines were not met (which caused us having reschedule and push back several things several times) and when documents were required of us literally an hour before the loan was to be funded. Once those documents were provided additional docs were required... the closing/funding process was very stressful. Up until that point we had a relatively good/smooth experience.

Communication was unacceptable at every step of the process. Most communication had to be initiated by us and there was most often a delay in returning contacts unless I specifically set expectations when I expected to be contacted. We were also not contacted about an issue holding up our escrow closing date and rate lock until the lock had expired costing us additional fees. Other concerns as well but no more room to type
