This was one of the best transactions I have ever had! The customer service was excellent, and they had the best communication. I knew what was going on with my refinance every step of the way. I even received videos in my email that explained in great detail where my refinance was in the process. It was also easy to work with documents back and forth with their document portal!

Danielle was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing my first home. She was very responsive and answered all of my questions so I fully understood the process. She was also so kind and made purchasing our first home much less intimidating. I would definitely recommend her!!
