Danny and everyone at Guaranteed Rate are superior to the rest. This is the 2nd home that I've gotten a chance to work with Danny et al and each experience was phenomenal. They are profession, experts in their field, I felt that all my questions were answered, they respond quickly via email and phone, and even by text when needed. I felt confident each time during the loan process and the closing of my home considering how stressful buying a home can be. Highly recommended.

We recently used Danny's team at Guaranteed Rate to help us finance the purchase a 2nd home near Tucson. The transaction was made more complex by the fact that we were closing remotely from Illinois and purchasing in Arizona which does not use attorneys. Things were further complicated by the 'Big Horn' fire raging at the time making it nearly impossible to get an insurance policy written for our new zip code. Danny Delgado and his wonderful team at Guaranteed Rate were so incredibly easy to work with. I am a first time home owner and this was my first experience refinancing my home. Were do i start..... everything went as smooth as buttterrrr. Everytime i thought it was getting stressful Danny and team had my back.
