Just because you see a bunch of 5-star reviews doesn't mean it's true, you can buy those. My friend hired Dan's service and after repeatedly being assured that it would always be one of two walkers to come to her home, Dan's service sent a complete STRANGER into her home. In addition to that, the wallker was over an hour late and Dan disputed her appointment time, even though she had email confirmation. No way to treat animals and certainly not a way to treat your clients either. Hire with caution.
Do not trust this service!!!!! When I first met the "team" they seemed very nice and I felt comfortable with letting them into my home to care for my two dogs. The first time I used the service everything went well, then they started sending people into my home that I had never met (something they told me they would never do) then I noticed on my home security camera that not only was there a stranger in my home but he did not even take my dogs out for a walk as I had clearly requested when I scheduled the service!
