The team here have been providing exceptional veterinary services and compassionate care to their clients for more than 30 years! The hospital has 6 full time veterinarians and 3 part time veterinarians, as well as a support staff of 20. We have been coming to DAH for many years. To be honest we left because we could never see “our” vet, however we came back a few years ago when our dog was not getting the treatment he needed at the new vet. Long story short, he needed his tail to be docked and the other vet kept doing the same “skin type graft” that only worked while he was coned or wrapped. I’ve been bringing my dogs Murphy and Riley for years and have seen almost every doctor that works there pretty much at Danvers Animal Hospital, and all of the ones I’ve seen for my boys have been nothing short of excellence and professionalism in a sincerely, caring manner. Sadly I write this review as it’s my last review I’ll be posting about Danvers Animal Hospital as I’ve moved up north to NH and the drive is much too far. I only prey I find another amazing animal hospital to go to as good as Danvers. I write this review about Dr. Marquardt. I’ve been taking my pets to Danvers Animal Hospital since 1991. They are fantastic, both with medical and boarding!

The staff surpassed all my expectations ,The doctor checked my dog for more than what the problem was, the staff bathed,trimmed her nails and brushed her out . They carefully explained her care for her infection and I left with everything we needed to care for her, I could not be more happy with the concern and care my baby received. Danvers Animal Hospital is exceptional because the doctors are exceptional. They care deeply about your pet and put their welfare above all else.The focus is not on the bottom line, in fact, they are always looking for ways to help the owner save money. I have been bringing my dogs to Dr. Teague for 16 years. His empathy and kindness are palpable. He truly feels your animal's pain. The front staff and the techs are all pros and the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hospital.

Thank you all so much ! My boxer Zoe came in for a lump on her lip which turned out to be fine , however , the Dr noticed her lymph nodes were enlarged ! Fast forward after several tests and removal of lymph node she was diagnosed with mast cell cancer Thanks to an excellent oncologist recommendation she has no detectable cancer but is being treated with a low grade chemotherapy regimen and routine checkups she should be healthy for a long time ! The Dr’s and caring staff are amazing
