Friendly staff and the complex is well maintained, location is great. The gym is well equipped and the pool is beautiful.

I just moved to the Darby and it couldn't be more perfect. McCartney, Cullen, and Shaqueita are AMAZING!!! They are so helpful and so kind. I love living here and never want leave. I would recommend the Darby to anyone!

Zack is one of a kind!!! I recently had an illness and had to get medicine shipped. It was delivered to the leasing office mail room instead of a locker. He made sure my packages made it into a locker so I could pick it up without making contact with anyone. Living on your own with no family around, he doesn't know how much that meant to me. Darby Knox is lucky to have someone like him. Simply fantastic!

I love living at Darby Knox! It's convenient with a local coffee shop and Trader Joe's across the street. The leasing office is always super helpful from the two front desk girls Hala and Lissette to the Manger Armane who sits right behind them. If you're looking for a beautiful, clean, spacious place to live this is your place. I've toured other apartments in this area and almost all of them have cheap finishes. I tried to schedule an appointment to tour the Darby last weekend and I showed up on Saturday at my appointment time and the leasing office was empty with no lights on. I waited for 20 minutes and tried calling and emailing several times. I never heard back from the Darby until late that night with a confirmation email saying my appointment was "cancelled". There's a reason why there's so many units available for rent. No one renewed their lease and tons of people are breaking their leases. There's constant dog urine in the elevators and halls, tons of crime (squatters, car break-ins, theft, front office window shattering, apartment break-ins), packages that are flooding the front office because they don't notify you and are only available for pick up during office hours. So apparently because I am Black and can afford to live in this building I just have to be selling drugs. Not only have I been harassed on numerous occasions (all recorded by my ring camera for proof), but when my partner and I take our issues down to management we are made to feel like we are the issue and met with comments like "well I have tons of black friends, so I can't be racist," an actual comment came from the manager of the property(Erick).
