Location is great, that’s about it The location is excellent and the property itself is very nice, but that’s about it. I had several issues when I first moved in and was dismissed. The rods in the closets were not measured properly, so hanging a shirt on the top rod will hang down a few inches over the bottom rod. There is no ceiling fan or even an AC vent in the living room area, with a wall full of windows. My living room was warm in the winter and was almost unbearable this summer. Too much crime Multiple car break-ins, car windows shattered by thieves, squatters in apartment, horrible mail pick up during work hours only and no notification of delivery, no turf in dog park so constantly muddy.
