Very easy to work with
My experience was OK. I did not directly deal with Leader one but The customer service I did deal with it was very nice and pleasant. Only issues I had were due dates that we're not met when promised. Inspection is being done papers to be signed etc.
Darcy was very helpful, personable and professional. We were considering another lender when I first spoke with Darcy over the phone. I felt very comfortable with her ability and LeaderOne once the conversation was over. We changed our minds and went with Darcy! The process was very quick, smooth and easy. Darcy closely watched interest rates and got us locked in just before rates were about to rise. Her hard work is very much appreciated!
