Tax season is here again and once again we are having problems due to a mistake that our prior CPA, John Warner, made years ago. He messed up our EIN number when setting up our transition to an S-Corp and ever since we have had problem after problem with filing taxes. As a CPA you should never make a mistake like this. We have attempted to get this fixed with the IRS year after year to no avail and are once again dealing with a headache due to the laziness and lack of attention to detail of John and his staff.
