I was actually amazed at how easy it was to upload documents, and watch the timeline and process for closing. It was very informative and easy to follow, and all of the help and wealth of information that I received from Ms. Darletta Newson, my loan officer was better than what I could’ve ever expected. I appreciated that she was reliable when I called or sent her an email. She was quick to respond. The underwriter Tracy Dillard was very helpful as well.
