It was really helpful to have both the text and email communication used as the text provided the rapid notifications, and the emails had the links. I appreciated the weekly updates once we were in the "waiting for the process" time frame. The o e thing I appreciated the most was the willingness and clarity Darren demonstrated as he explained the different options regarding our loan decisions.
