Daryl was knowledgeable and very professional. He was outstanding in communicating in a timely manner, never failed to answer my questions and kept me updated with the status. I was also impressed with how he utilized all the tools such as UTrack so that we can keep informed with the re-financing progress. I had a couple of re-financing experience but he is the best agent I have known.
