What made this a great experience was the clear, direct, and frequent communication of Dave and his whole team. I also never felt like Dave was selling me on something. The time it took to get the financing was longer than I have ever experienced before. I understand some of it was related to the new ways of doing business in the middle of a pandemic. Much of the work remains the clients responsibility. I was not accustomed to that and had to get help to do the mountain of the paperwork required. Some of the delay, I believe was the amount of work that Dave's office was trying to deal with. Things got much better when additional staff members were added.
