Everything went smoothly
Dave and Beth are by far the best in the business. Very quick with responses and can work through any issues without a problem. We had a very unique situation and they had answers within minutes. Lowest rates and best loans. I called Dave a few times daily and he had no problem talking through everything with me. You would be a fool to not give them a shot.

Very knowledgeable and very responsive. Dave and Beth both worked hard for us to close early even with hiccups along the way on our end and they closed us even earlier than we expected.
