We had a pretty challenging situation which another lender had wanted us to make some changes to our trust, which we were not willing to do. Then we met Dave who made life super easy, he also operated under a crazy time crunch due to some other things we had going on. No matter what was thrown at him, he never flinched and just kept swimming and smiling.
