I usually don't have any waiting time with him but this was not the case this time. My original appointment was 10:50 and I got a message changing it to 11:00 on the date of the appointment. Once there I waited about 15 minutes, so my waiting time was almost half hour, not a big inconvenience but just something not expected from this doctor's office.
Oral hygienist was a little too rough on cleaning my teeth and flossing.
I have been a patient for more than 20 years highly recommended, but would like to see if the reminders are at least two days before and not the day before close to five o'clock then don't have time to reschedule and get charged $25.00, I don't know what happened but not happy to pay $25.00 extra could have waived since it was the first time in 20 years and I always pay my balance ... and when I have refunds I leave them there for the next time to use ..
My husband and I both agree that Dr. Matt was rough with his exam. All other parts of the visit was pleasant.
