Stopped in on a whim and was immediately greeted by Paul, who I believe might be the franchise owner. His warm and welcoming demeanor stood out, and he was quick to offer helpful suggestions on what to order. I decided on a single slider, and I have to say, I wish I'd ordered more! First time coming to this location and to be honest we weren't too sure about it. As soon as we walked thru the doors we were greeted with a warm and friendly, not scripted welcome. It was clean and well kept. We placed our order at the kiosk, which was quick and simple. Our order came out quickly, piping hot and tasting AMAZING! It truly hit the spot! Valeria was amazing! So helpful, so sweet, and I just felt like starting this review by mentioning her bc it's always nice to get good service but especially in a fast food establishment. My food from this location was also really good! I feel like Dave's has very consistent quality. I just wanted to shout out Valeria for being a really kind and attentive employee.

Loved the food but the wait was terrible. Ordered on the kiosk and it felt like my order got lost. At least three groups of people ordered after us and received their order quickly and before us. Waited about 20-25 min for our order on a slow night.

Good, cashier was very nice (her name was Joel?). This location makes it pretty fresh I still find the chicken a bit too salty though.
