The chicken is half the size as it was 6 months ago. It's ridiculous they still charge 13.99 for 2 tenders and a side when the chicken is a joke.

It was great customer service however the customer service that was provided does not make up the quality in the food. The chicken was very over seasoned I couldn't even let my 5 year old eat the chicken due to the amount of seasoning as well not cooked well enough. Only good thing is the cheese fries. I requested a refund however they denied my refund I would not recommend this place nor eat it again for leftovers!

The chicken was decent, nice employees, and good sauce. The Mac And Cheese was very watery and overall wasn't good, it's like $3 for hospital food looking Mac and cheese. More watery than than H2O itself. Would not recommend getting the Mac and cheese at all. The fries were the most appealing thing in the meal, not good, but not bad. They were nicely seasoned, and had a good crispy taste. Ended up spending $70, which is way too much for 3 meals. Service was fantastic. Ambiance was ok. Clean and orderly with music (not too loud for conversation, but not quiet). The food was cooked perfectly. I just hate the powder they put on everything and it was hella overpriced. I like spicy, but the powder was just weird tasting. Too sweet and too much of it.

Oct 24 they were having a special for Drakes birthday where you can either get a free slider of tender. I stopped in for dinner. My excitement quickly turned into disappointment because the cashier was very rude from the jump. As I was placing my order she whispered under her breath "I'm not doing this any more". Idk if we just went on a bad day for our first time or what? But the lady working the counter seemed a little annoyed even though it wasn't really busy. The sandwich was soooooo salty. If it wasn't so salty to the point where we weren't rlly enjoying it then I'd give it 4 stars. You're better off going to smackbird imo

STAY AWAY. THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Took wife for Chicken that was stated to be great. Even though Outback was next door which we go there weekly. Got there and found a limited menus and ordered. CAN't believe they ask for tip on order when placed but now I know why!!!! We had to pick our food at counter and they asked we trash our trays. It had great reviews so tried to give it at try since I love chicken and spice Tasted sooo full of powder None of us could eat it. It was like watching my family fail at the cinnamon challenge. We had sliders in medium, hot and extra hot then no kind of rub and even with no dry rub the chicken was blah... spent 70$ just to end up at canes to get more chicken that was edible for less. Won't be back

I love the place and it's in a great area and the food is great I would love to come back, but the manager at this location is very weird and for the past couple times has been very creepy and has been hitting on people I know therefor I will most likely not be coming back to this restaurant as I do not feel comfortable being here knowing that this is how other people I know are being treated
