Right now there are hot chicken places popping up all over and Dave's seems to be leading the way in establishing storefronts. I visited this location for lunch. It's located in a large plaza so there is plenty of parking. I ordered their #4 - a single chicken slider (I added cheese) which comes with fries. You can choose your level of spiciness and I went with "mild". I also added a chocolate milkshake. You might assume a "slider" is small but what you get at Dave's is a full-size chicken sandwich. Simple, fresh, and fast with large portions. The quality of the food is very good for the cost. 2 adults ate for $24 with soft drinks. This blows Canes away. They have a wide variety of spiciness or even offer plain. I eat very spicy food (think habanero and above) and the hot level here was pleasing to me without causing face/head sweat but still hot enough to suit my preferences. If in doubt ask for a sauce sample before you order. Restrooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I'll be eating here again.

This is my favorite hot chicken place. Tenders are delicious, juicy, and made from real chicken breast. Breading is perfect, not too light or heavy. Spice levels are also good and you can still taste the flavor in the higher levels. Pickles with each order are nice, as is the bread. This was my second visit, first time at the Seal Beach location. The chicken sliders are amazing!! Ordered the extra hot with all the topping which made it super delicious, the pickles and slaw gave it a nice crunchy bite! The wait was a bit long but they were busy and worth the wait. Can't wait to go back!

Best chicken sliders. I always order the slider over the chicken strip as the soft brioche bun combined with the slaw, pickles and chicken is absolutely delicious, and I don't usually eat slaw or pickles. The chicken is a good size so I only eat one slider and save the second one for the next day. Love their fries too, and I always have their mac and cheese which is creamy with great flavor. Service is always very quick!

This location is amazing! I've been there in person a few times and just ordered it home and it was awesome. They have great customer service and the food all tasted fresh and flavourful. The best hot chicken sandwiches around.
