TO LIVE AND FRY IN L.A. In 2017, four childhood friends came up with a simple concept — take Nashville Hot Chicken and make it better than anyone else in America. With only a couple thousand dollars to their name, they boot-strapped a pop-up concept in a parking lot in East Hollywood serving a simple menu of tenders, sliders, fries, and kale slaw — they created a viral cult following with lines consistently over an hour long.

Clean environment, super nice staff with friendly customer service and the food was too good! Got the food hot and fresh 10/10!
First time there, I had heard good things about it and I was not disappointed. My meal was great, chicken sando was spicy, the fries were hot and crispy. What really impressed me was the lady at the counter taking orders. She was about as good as you can get, you have a fantastic employee in Janelle. Johnathon G took my order and was very kind, patient and knowledgeable. I came in during a rush and still had my food out in a timely manner. Dave’s never disappoints. They also always hook it up with the pickles 10/10
It was the first time my daughter and I had been here. Jerry blew me away with his excellent customer service. His articulation was on fleek and the jubilant manner in which the menu was explained made my day. I haven’t seen someone genuinely happy to be at work in years. He is truly an asset to this franchise, and I believe that he should have an opportunity to train every employee in how to deliver such a warm and inviting customer service experience. Corporate, pull that baddie and have everyone level up fr fr.
First time ever at Dave’s Hot Chicken and we had a very good visit and enjoyed the “sliders” meal. Excellent crew, great ordering experience, and incredible choices for spicy, thick, juicy white meat chicken and crispy crinkle fries. We loved the fresh ingredients and condiments used. The frozen slushie topped with soft-serve ice cream was a great way to finish the meal. Excited to return to a Dave’s again soon.
