I first got a taste of Dave Hot Chicken in California. Not all options are hot, as they have various options. In my opinion, it's a delicious chicken sandwich.

Restaurant was cool with bright colors and great windows making the place seem brighter than it was. Service was just meh - it was my first time there, at the recommendation of a friend, and the counter person had no suggestions other than reading the food sign. After all of that, the food was fair to middling. I will not try it again.

We decided to try this place for quick Saturday night dinner and Dave's Hot Chicken really hit the spot! The inside is decorated really nice and they do have limited seating outside and indoor. Luckily we were able to get the last table when we walked in. The staff were nice and helpful in deciding the heat level for our chicken. Heard of this place, but this was my first time stopping in. I got the two sliders (mid heat), and fries combo, and it was one of the best chicken sandwiches I've had. Customer service was very friendly and the food was ready in about 2 minutes. Initially, when I saw "sliders" I thought they'd be regular sliders, but these are almost the size of a regular chicken sandwich you'd get anywhere. Service, sauce, and spice! Dave's Hot Chicken is a great addition to OM. It is superior to other chicken spots! You can expect the same thing every time, it is always amazing! Portions are huge & restaurant is clean!

First time trying Daves Hot Chicken and was pleasantly surprised. Calling the chicken sandwich a slider is a bit deceiving as its a normal sized chicken sandwich so for the price its very worth! The pieces of chicken were large, juicy and flavorful. The cauliflower bites were my personal favorite. Happy to say that when they say hot or extra hot they mean it!
