I had never eaten Dave's Hot Chicken before but had only heard great things. The restaurant itself is visually appealing and has the space one desires for an eat in chain restaurant. The system for ordering and pick up of online orders needs significant help. I ordered online and when you arrive you need to push past people to let them know you are here. My kid seen Daves Hot Chicken on TikTok or YouTube and wanted to try it. Happen to find one in Green Bay. It was the first time and last time. Sandwich was alright but overpriced. It's one of the few fast food restaurants that does not include a soft drink in the value menu. When you check out, your prompted for a tip. For what? You are upcharged for a small chicken slider, upcharged for a softdrink, then expected to pay 20% on top of it. There is only one sink and toilet. Plan on waiting in line to wash your hands.... read more
