Exactly 1 customer for 10 employees who are all standing around talking except 2 in the kitchen- I guess that is why it took over 20 minutes for an order of 10 bites. Crazy! Definitely won't be coming back!

Dining room clean, friendly staff, quick service, BUT the chicken spices seemed off and overall the tenders were not that good. This is the second time I've been here and won't come back, it's just not tasty.

Do NOT order online or through their app. The staff prioritize the people walking in first when it should be both at the same time. I went to the counter and was told it was still being made, cool no problem, let me take a seat and wait a bit. 15 mins later, "hi I wanted to know if my food was ready" they responded with "I already told them, you have to wait" ok, let me sit down. 10 more mins pass, I had to ask to speak to a manager. About 15 people had walked in and got their ordered before me....wtf yo

Open another cashier if someone is placing a big order. Stood in line for 10mins waiting for order to be taken. Once done lady walks away, doesn't apologize for wait. Another person shows up and ask if I needed help, and I'm like "of course needing to put in an order". Not the best service

Was driving up and down Military Dr when we decided we were starving and had to eat right away. We went to Dave's hot chicken since it would be both of our first times trying the food and we both heard so much about the place. This place is extremely clean and taken care of. The employees were very nice and attentive. As far as the food, I would not recommend this place. I got the number one (HOT) and my friend got the number 2 (HOT). My god. Where to start. So first off the guy got my order wrong and overcharged me & never made it right. Then when we got the order, my sandwich was missing the chicken. Yes, you read that right. The CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS MISSING THE GD CHICKEN!! So after returning my plate and got the actual chicken the HOT tender had almost no heat. The food was average at best. Chicken was over seasoned and they did not provide enough sauce..canes is much better. Nice try though Dave's Hot Chicken.

I was so excited to try out another Dave's Hot Chicken in the San Antonio area since I had recently it at the other location on the Westside. Save your money and time and go to the other location. This location has served us cold buns, cold fries, and the worst one yet, COLD CHICKEN! Customer service was lackluster. The young man behind the counter could care less.
