We finally try it. It was good. Customer service was awesome. We did online order so we did not wait in long line.

After my second attempt, (didn't do the long line the1st time) finally got to try Dave's and it didn't disappoint. Chicken tenders were large, juicy, and flavorful, fries were crispy and nicely seasoned, and even the pickles were fresh and crispy. I like spicy food, I like spicy Korean noodles and hot Mex salsas so I got extra hot. I handled it, but it did torch my taste buds. Next time I'll do reg hot, that should be just right.

Very delicious chicken!! I was excited to see how their chicken spicyness had 7 levels and their hottest level called Reaper requires customers to sign a waiver when they order it. That's some serious stuff. The lady supervising the line at the door entrance claimed the Very Hot level which is one below Reaper burned her tongue. As one would expect with any grand opening, a line was out the door over this hyped up chicken. The food is amazing don't get me wrong but you guys are so unbelievably slow, I feel every time I order either online or in person it always takes 45 mins to an hour just to receive my food. I've ordered or door dash twice today, the first time was canceled because you guys took so long, the second one has been pushed back an hour, I was supposed to receive my food at 10:15. It has been pushed back to 11:10 to 11:30. It's so ridiculous will this ever change.

Our visited to Dave's hot chicken on 4/18/25 was ok. Food was good as always but the cashier Lorenzo was not nice at all. Not friendly and refuse to grant military discount everyone else in the past have been nice,polite and Friendly.

We went to Dave's on August 1st and thought the chicken was good. It would be nice if they served a vegetable, a couple of slices of cucumber or something, with the chicken and French fries. The server needs to slow down her pace of speech. She rattled off the condiments like a computer. It would be good to remember that patrons are people and not all of us are familiar with the restaurant's menu.
