Came in because I love the food. Almost left because I was somehow invisible to the young lady at the front counter. No welcome, no can I help you? ...nothing. I used the kiosk to order after seeing she had no intention of acknowledging that I was a customer. It was after the lunch rush, around 2:30 in the afternoon. The food came out and I had to ask for Dave sauce, honey, and napkins. I mean, the girl rolled her eyes when I asked for the items she should have offered.
