My Dave's #4 meal ($10.49) was ready five minutes after I ordered at the counter on opening day. It consisted of a slider on a fresh bun with pickles, sauce and a small amount of slaw, plenty of seasoned, crinkle-cut fries, Dave's sauce and five side pickles, but no drink. Fries always cold bought the bites for my kids and they were cold and hard. Reached out over 10 times for my missing double points and their customer service doesn't DO ANYTHING!

The chicken tender and sliders were great fries were cold. I ordered bites for my kids they were hard as rocks and fries were cold. Couldn't even receive the points for my purchase I asked the employee there and they didn't give any help. I've reached out multiple times to customer service and haven't heard back.

Food is so over seasoned and greasy it has left me sick the rest of the day. My throat is swollen and my mouth feels puffy and tastes metallic. I have never felt this strange after eating a meal, and I am no stranger to spicy food. I ordered the medium spice, and it was barely spicy. The spice was not the issue. It was just so over seasoned and salty. Gross. Update: I am like legit sick after eating this food. Worst sore throat of my life. Having trouble speaking and eating. What did this place do to me?!

Music was horribly loud and it was very cold in there. We even asked to turn the music down but they wouldn't . Fries were cold, coating on chicken was powdery.
