Came in at 9pm during their grand opening after work, amazing service! Great team, line out the door when i came in, waited in line maybe 5 minutes, waited for my food no more than 8! To be as busy as they were I 100% expected to wait well over 20 minutes, this team did great!!!! Food was fresh and tasty, Payton especially was extremely accommodating and helped me out tremendously. Good job tonight guys!

We waited 30 minutes on an order with two items when there were only 4 other people in the store. Ordered a medium and a lite mild. There was no flavor at all to the chicken. No heat, no spice, nothing. Their Sprite was out of syrup. I let the staff know, the girl seemed annoyed that I brought it up at all. In the 30 minutes we were there she just laughed and joked with the kitchen staff. No effort was made to fix the machine and she looked annoyed when people walked up to place orders or ask for items. When they first opened, we loved this place, but unfortunately, the customer service has gone downhill. Our takeout order was missing fries, and when you're paying $15 a meal, those fries matter! What was more disappointing was how rude the manager was when I reached out. If you're ordering takeout, check your meals before you leave!

My friend and i have been traveling all day and just got a hotel for our stay. Unfortunately a lot of nearby places were already closed so we decided to try daves out since we've heard so many good things. They close at 10pm and we arrived at 9:50pm. I typically dont go to restaurants so close to closing, however, we were hungry. Terrible service. Turned us away at 9:52 when they close at 10pm. We had been traveling all day and just wanted somewhere to eat. We chose dave's as I wanted somewhere reliable that I enjoy a lot. We came in and they were already done cleaning up the kitchen, and told us they had no food available. Then we left and saw them lock the doors at 9:55. They officially close at 10pm. food was gross, and the lady with glasses was really rude and told us to be quiet while we were talking at table, and will be calling corporate. The took along time to come out. The inside is really nice and clean.

My teenage son LOVES chicken tenders and he found this place and so here we came.... I do not standardly rate anywhere this low however the food was completely inedible. I'm a salt lover but honestly this was so salty I could not eat it. The crust stays on very well which typically I'd be impressed with but I could not (with a fork and knife) get it off of any one bite to be able to eat this chicken.
