The manager Cesar was pretty much useless, I was told by their customer service to come speak to someone at this location who would "make it right" but he said he had never seen anything like that before, and basically just said he couldn't do anything. If that's how you treat your customers then I'm definitely not coming back or recommending this spot to anyone. Also the link you give people on here doesn't work. 0/10

This is popular? I've been waiting years to get a Dave's Hot Chicken just for it to taste like nothing. Ordered $70 worth of food and the chicken had no flavor, the spices do not have flavor either. There is absolutely no spiciness to their chicken. The sauce would be better if the chicken had some sort of seasoning. The coleslaw is also bland. I do not know if I went on a bad day but everything was bland. The pickles wasn't sour enough either. Something is wrong with this place. The chicken was juicy tho, but it was just dr... read more

I'm really bummed that I paid $2 for this tiny cup of extra pickles. On the website it showed a big cup of pickles. Why did I just pay that much for 4 pickles?? Bummer!!
