My teenage son LOVES chicken tenders and he found this place and so here we came.... I do not standardly rate anywhere this low however the food was completely inedible. I'm a salt lover but honestly this was so salty I could not eat it. The crust stays on very well which typically I'd be impressed with but I could not (with a fork and knife) get it off of any one bite to be able to eat this chicken. Charged me $31 for 4 chicken strips, 1 fry, and 2 dr pepper. Fwad at the counter rang it up to make it as expensive as possible. Asked me how much I wanted to tip. Fa que. Mediocre food. Sauce tasted like mayo. $15 for a two piece chicken strip meal, but the drink still costs extra. Dr pepper was flat and warm. Fries are mushy and taste like generic crinkle-cut from walmart. I want my money back.

Great chicken! But You have to jump through hoops to not tip when you pay with a card. No fast food spot should force you to either tip or go through a menu of options to choose not to tip.

It isn't sauced it is a dry rub and chicken appears to be air fried and not deep fried. Dry run was horrible dry and flacky too much either curry or Chipotle flavor. Sauce was chilpolte overload and no ranch offered. It was disappointing. I won't be back.

The manager Cesar was pretty much useless, I was told by their customer service to come speak to someone at this location who would "make it right" but he said he had never seen anything like that before, and basically just said he couldn't do anything. If that's how you treat your customers then I'm definitely not coming back or recommending this spot to anyone. Also the link you give people on here doesn't work. 0/10

This is popular? I've been waiting years to get a Dave's Hot Chicken just for it to taste like nothing. Ordered $70 worth of food and the chicken had no flavor, the spices do not have flavor either. There is absolutely no spiciness to their chicken. The sauce would be better if the chicken had some sort of seasoning. The coleslaw is also bland. I'm really bummed that I paid $2 for this tiny cup of extra pickles. On the website it showed a big cup of pickles. Why did I just pay that much for 4 pickles?? Bummer!!
