Somewhat disappointing. My order was wrong, didn't change it - seemed to be too much of a hassle. The food was just so so, I had the hot version, it was hot but not much taste beyond that. It was also very noisy. There are many chicken restaurants in the area, Dave's won't be on the list going forward.

Service is ridiculously slow, there is no excuse for having to wait 45 minutes to an hour just to get your food when it's considered "fast food" . There's no excuse!! There's a restaurant full of people here just waiting for their food, but no one is eating.

The only jaw dropping part of this place was the price. Don't do it. We ate lunch here today, because we have been seeing all kinds of advertisements for this chain. There were 3 kids and 2 adults we all got a combo. First off, the combo doesn't include a drink. Second, it took extremely too long to get our food. They were out of straws and lids. The place was terrible, a total downgrade from Otters. Terrible design, not enough seating, the spicy chicken was meh at best, and the original was just ok. And the Dave's sauce was awful! The fries were probably the best part of our meal.

Went here today for the first time and the wait for food was kind of long. It recently opened so I will give them some grace, the staff there were great tho. The food is a bit over priced and is just okay. I order a cup of pickles for $1.99 and got the smallest container and it's not worth the price at all. I doubt I'll return. Doesn't feel worth it.
