So where to start customer service was OK not great but average the food was deep-fried over seasoned chicken & fries . We got one mild and one hot and one light medium the hot was so hot and none of us could eat it and the medium well not overly spicy was just overly seasoned so much salt In my opinion. The kale slaw was actually very good and the mac & cheese taste like every other mac & cheese at a fast food restaurant we went in at 12:30 just to see and we were 35 minute wait for our food. I have been impatiently waiting for this location to open as it is finally super close to where I live and I am extremely happy the time has come! Came for the chicken and was blown away as always!!!! Hot tenders weee awesome!!!! Dave’s sauce for the win!!!!! Staff was awesome and everything was perfect! I finally downloaded the app so I can rack those points up as I will be coming back continually!!!!!!
Need a hand washing station separate from the bathroom so people don’t have to wait in line with hot digits. Fries though good are too similarly spiced to the chicken so I only ate a couple. I will come back.
I’ve never been to one of these and went in with an open mind. It was perfect. I got the slider with fries, and you’ve got to appreciate the fact that they’re not overdoing it with different ingredients and seasonings. The simplicity of the meal is what made is so good, I’ll be looking forward to trying one of their shakes next visit.
I ordered a family meal of 10 sliders with two orders of fries for pickup. The process was simple and my order was ready when I arrived. The chicken was great and my family enjoyed it very much! My only issue was that the fries were "well" seasoned and a bit salty. I would also prefer dill, sour pickles over the ones they served. Otherwise, I was pleased with the food and service and will definitely be a repeat customer.
