David was great and worked hard for us. But others were inconsistent and unpredictable, making David’s job harder. There are too many changes and things that took us by surprise which were not David’s fault. Your underwriters seemed to be reluctant to approve us and then made increasingly difficult and urgent demands, apparently without briefing David, which meant that wer were often surprised.
