Great guy, very helpful in navigating the mortgage world. Knowledgeable about VA loans. Took the time to explain our options and his company was very thorough with getting our information together in a timely manner so that we could close on our new house.

I call David a miracle worker! He is the best lender I have ever worked with. He has helped us purchase 2 homes and refinance one of them. He always gets us the best rates. We currently own 3 homes because of him. I would never use anyone else.

Anyone who has been through a divorce knows that financial implications last long after the ink has dried on the divorce papers. First Heritage helped me when I purchased my first home; I would recommend them to service anyone who is in the market of purchasing or refinancing a new home or second home. They were tremendous with closing and the down payment.
