Communication was horrible - had to ask the same question multiple times to get an answer. Several people were involved, didn‚Äôt know who to contact, loan officer was completely unreachable for about 5 days, received documents that needed to be signed in less than 24 hours on a few occasions, I didn‚Äôt receive confirmation that documents I sent had been received, loan amount was not fully discussed before receiving papers that needed to be signed within hours of receiving them, the closing was a complete scramble, 3 hours ... read more

Been upfront with loan rates. Made things happen so we could actually have locked in when we were originally told. We also kept getting extra fees tacked on that were not originally disclosed.

Dave was responsive in aspect of timeliness. He always called back when I reached out to him. The difficulty was feeling like an inconvenience during times that he would call back. I appreciated that he was willing to talk after traditional hours, but it was normally after saying something about being in the middle of something else. When I would ask questions to confirm something or better understand, his manner of response made me feel callow or ignorant for asking. Not being lied to and not being treated in a condescending way in almost all the phone calls. Also having a better estimate on times each step will take. Lastly being told to sign a form that we and the loan officer knew had the wrong info on it that lead to our closing to be canceled. Over all one of the worst experiences in a professional setting I have ever had.

We felt our questions were annoying. He made it clear that he didn't have time & was so "swamped" with other clients. The process wasn't smooth & we felt if we didn't check in we wouldn't have closed on time or had the proper documents. We were told last minute (less than 24 hours notice) of many things that needed to be taken care of and sometimes felt we were only told because we happened to call with a question. Look somewhere else if you want someone personable, friendly, and helpful.

Was not prepared to close the morning of a 9am closing. Work that could have been done weeks prior was forced at the last minute. Wire came in late and caused clients to have to wait and Title to scramble. Title needs time to review the CD.
