David was very professional and patient, especially being a first-time solo home buyer. While I may have been on previous mortgages, I didn't always understand what the process was and just showed up when my signature was needed. He was very understanding in helping me get pre-approved, so that I would know what my budget range was and then could safely shop within those guidelines.
