David Conrad with Granite was terrific with my 87-year-old mother, who was nervous about the entire home buying process. David Conrad also new up front all the documents that were needed to go through the loan process. This is better than my experience with other lenders, who seem to keep asking for another document(s) every single day. We got the loan and the house. Hurray!
