David listens to people. He gives people a chance. One way is by doing a soft credit check to see where you are before doing a hard check which puts a hit on your credit report. Most, seems like all, banks are just worried about filling their pockets and meeting their own interests. They don't care about you or your family. I didn't get that from David and Churchill Mortgage. David was quick, informative, and helpfull all the way through the process. We are very grateful and thankful for their help and giving us a chance.

The thing that made myself and my wife have a great experience is that anytime we message, David he was always willing to answer any question he let us know where we stood in the process, and when we finally got to closing, he walked us through every part, made sure that we understood before we signed anything. He let us know that if and when we decide to purchase another house that he would be there for us willing to help us again.

Not a bad thing to say about this guy! He was patient with me but worked fast! Answered every question i had, hassle free. He certainly took care of my family like we were family.
