David was able to work with us for our relocation and work with our unique financing situation. His willingness to work outside of normal business hours was greatly appreciated. He spent the additional time to help us get to know the area we are moving too. Incredibly helpful. If you have a tight closing schedule, my only advice to other borrowers is to provide adequate timelines on when you need everything as the industry is super busy. You just want to make sure nothing gets lost in the cracks.
