I am very glad I refinanced my condo with David Goldhirsh from LeaderOne Financial. David was very professional, patient, honest, and quickly answered all of my questions in detail. I was looking to lower my monthly mortgage payment by lowering the interest rate and eliminating PMI. After David ran the numbers, I'm saving several thousands of dollars a year. AWESOME, PROFESSIONAL!!! David was extremely helpful with the process. From the start, David was very personable and professional. David was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. He was able to provide different scenarios on the implications of refinancing an investment property and how it may impact future lending transactions which was very informative and helpful. I was kept up to date and it was an efficient process. He provided a very good notary and the closing was very efficient.
