He was able to provide different scenarios on the implications of refinancing an investment property and how it may impact future lending transactions which was very informative and helpful. I was kept up to date and it was an efficient process. He provided a very good notary and the closing was very efficient.

I used LeaderOne Financial to refinance my mortgage during the housing market crisis. Mr. Goldhirsh was extremely knowledgeable of the ever shifting banking policies and worked very hard to secure me the refi.
