David was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the process. He was able to provide different scenarios on the implications of refinancing an investment property and how it may impact future lending transactions which was very informative and helpful. I was kept up to date and it was an efficient process. He provided a very good notary and the closing was very efficient.
Working with David has been a fantastic experience. He worked to get me the best outcome on my purchase loan and a subsequent refinance after 6 months. He is always quick to answer my questions, and never makes me feel dumb for asking LOTS of questions. His responsiveness, knowledge, helpfulness and follow through are all outstanding. I used LeaderOne Financial to refinance my mortgage during the housing market crisis. Mr. Goldhirsh was extremely knowledgeable of the ever shifting banking policies and worked very hard to secure me the refi. The entire process went very smoothly and there were no hiccups or surprises, which was much appreciated.
