David took the extra time to get our refi completed where three other lenders told me they would have to wait (as a new 1099 contractor) for my 2021 tax returns. He was able to do the refi with my wife's income alone. Nobody else took the time to look at our situation close enough to see that we didn't need to wait. And it's a good thing we didn't wait as rates have gone up considerably since we locked ours! David has also helped me with some client real estate deals and he is always a problem solver.
