David is by far the best loan originator that I have used in all my years. He is a go getter that is always on top of all the requirements and is ready to resolve any issues promptly. He also does a great job explaining the process at every step. For me, he worked on 2 refinances and 1 purchase at the same time. The 2 refinances just closed on 11/29 on time and with no issues. David didn't hesitate to explain things multiple times when we asked questions. He answered repeat questions instead of saying things like "you should know that already" or "I've already mentioned that". He was very personable with us which helped to ease tensions.
