Wonderful Doctor! Dr. Polke is kind, easy to talk to, thorough and very approachable. Believes in they're no dumb questions and wants patients to address any questions they my be troubled with.

He provided excellent care, careful explanations, good manner and tries the least invasive treatment.
Absolutely terrible doctor. I'm surprised he hasn't had his medical license revoked yet. Stood in the corner during our 5 minute appointment though his office charged my insurance company for an extended visit (more than 15 minutes). I am in the medical field, they must not have realized I understand CPT codes. He was dismissive, sarcastic, rude, and made a comment about my age (I am in my mid thirties) and how I will soon be infertile and need to see a fertility specialist. not professional,needs to learn about hippa.unkind not friendly,rude. he embarrest me in front of his staff never I will go to his office again.he didn't even sat down to give me my results,call me in the hallway to do so in front of everybody and he was loud.
