David was very helpful and answered all our questions. Our only issue was with the title co. who decided we needed a new survey after our closing date was already set. We had to postpone closing, get a survey and it delayed closing for another week. We highly recommend David for future customers.
Everyone was very cordial and understanding. Process went very smooth. I could not have ask for any better service. Even when it was time for signing documents they were very understanding with my husband . Because he had back surgery in the middle of all of this. Everything was perfect. Everyone was so polite. Communication went well thru email. And was very responsive.

David Popko was great the only reason I went through Omaha . The underwriting was a horrible experience very disappointing. Time frame was ridiculous. I know there was hurdles to get over but the time was insane . Popko did a great job , very understanding with my situation and there for my best interest. I have so much to say but you don’t want to know how I feel about Omaha. But thanks Dave your outstanding, thanks for going to bat for me and getting me into a better situation….
