As always Dr. Romano responds to my needs quickly in an emergency and in a non-emergency takes care of me very professionally and great. Been with him for a lot of years and recommend him highly!
I've been going to Dr. Shepherd for a long time and have been pleased with the excellent service they have provided. The last appointment I had was with Dr. Shepherd but I was seen by another dentist and they informed me Dr. Shepherd had surgery and was out. Been a patient of Dr. Romano for 35 years. Always professional and friendly.
Today was my first time coming to this office. Everyone was very friendly and very professional. I am a former patient of Dr. Romano and came back to see him because of needed work. Dr. Romano is a great dentist, and such a good person. He is very compassionate and considerate of his patients. There is none better. Five stars!!!
While I was awaiting a June 10 appointment for a broken tooth, I needed the sharp edges of a tooth smoothed to avoid irritating the inside of my mouth. It was taken care of with a smile and nerve-easing conversation. It's always friendly - family-like - and professional at Dr. Shepherd's Family Dentistry. God willing, I look forward to June 10. Five stars.
