David came to our rescue when our hot water heater bit the dust. He called the same day and we had a brand new heater installed the next day on Veterans Day. He went over and above anyone I have met in the service industry. Professional, personal and competent. He came to Home Depot with me to make sure I got the correct heater and the next day Veteran's Day he came 20 minutes early and had the heater installed and working in under an hour and 1/2.
