I was blessed to have David Costello work on my loan for my new home. David made the entire process as smooth as possible from start to finish. I was working late one night and sent him an email with some paperwork I needed to provide, and I still received a response from him at 11:30pm. David was quick to call or answer and do everything he could to answer all questions. David made the whole refinancing process as easy as possible and made sure everything was transparent and made sense.
I worked with Dave when I applied for a mortgage to buy a new home. He was adaptable to my specific needs which made it easier to get approved for the specific home I wanted to buy. The overall process went pretty smoothly and him and his colleagues allowed me to better understand the lending process. He got me in contact with a local realtor who understood the market and could give me insights into how much I should/shouldn't offer for the home.
