I wont tell you how to improve it. I will tell you that not only will I not recomend you to anyone I know,but I am gladly telling everyone I know how poor of an experience I had. You waited until last moments to ask for documents you knew far in advance that I would need. Then fined me a late fee for it. David willcox is a thief and a liar. You refused to listen to me and honor any requests or instructions that I provided. David's assistant came across as very unorganized. Requests would come in spurts instead of together and second requests for items when they had already been sent. Communication for employees on a different time zones so David doesn't have to struggle to pickup the pieces when something is not communicated.
