There was alot of "Left in the dark" regarding the difficulties with closing a loan during Covid-19. Yeah, i understand it was unprecedented and alot of unknowns. We was halted end of march and did not get a full "Clear to Close" until middle of July. We was merely given answers of "Waiting on underwriter" or "Loans arent open yet" and that was it. When a customer has waited 6 months to close, a little more explanation and in depth of what actually was going on would have been greatly beneficial
