The process was very easy and not very time consuming. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
The process is the problem, not the provider. I am thoroughly satisfied with David's partnership, but more work can be done to build consumer trust in the lending and approval process.

The experience was very easily navigated as all steps were explained and we always knew what we were waiting on to advance to the next step. Our only hold up was waiting on an appraisal.
