My associate, Felicita, was great. Above and beyond helpful, even though she was very busy. The rest of the staff, including alterations were great. What I did not like, was the fact that, I wear a 14 and there was only 1 dress in my size for me to try on. How do you expect to sell if people have to "imagine" what we will look like by trying on a dress that's too small or too big? The dresssing rooms are child size, no seats, no mirrors. I didn't end up purchasing a dress because I had already fallen in love with one and the sales associate didn't pressure me at all

Alexis worked with me and was very knowledgeable on the wedding gowns as well as helpful I will definitely bring my brides maids in and request to have Alexis again.

Service was warm, welcoming and friendly. Everyone we spoke to treated us so nice. Even on a busy day, they made us feel like the only ones there. And helped answer all my bridesmaids' questions regarding dress alterations. Overall, very happy with the experience. Made it nice and simple.
